The delmar design district like design/creative districts in Chicago, Washington, and New York, was created to centralize Saint Louis's cutting edge creative service providers.  We hope to attract  web designers, advertising agencies, public relations firms, fashion designers, architects, interior designers, and other design related firms. 

The firms that choose to be part of this unique business district will benefit by consolidating their activities within one region of the city.  It is hoped that clients will find having  such an array of service providers in one neighborhood helpful.

The delmar design district's, goal is to provide the best work space and living options available in the city.  Fortunately, the variety of original buildings and building sites provides us with many options to provide both commercial and residential spaces. 

The delmar design district's, hopes to attract non-design related businesses as well.  We are actively looking for unique restaurant concepts, other service providers, and traditional retail.
